Terms of Service

1. Our services

We make video and image ads using AI tools and human editing, and, where agreed, manage Meta advertising campaigns for our clients. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in a written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

2. Fees and payment

• Fees are as agreed in writing and are invoiced in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• GST and other applicable taxes are added to invoices.
• Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta from your own payment method. It is not part of our fees.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your products, offers and claims.
• Make sure you have the rights to any logos, photos, music or other materials you send us.
• Review and approve ads before they run, and confirm that every claim in them is true and can be backed up.
• Follow the laws and ad rules that apply to your products, including ASCI, FSSAI and Meta's policies.

4. Ownership of the ads

• Once an invoice is paid in full, you own the final ads and files delivered under it.
• You keep ownership of your brand, products, ad accounts and data at all times.
• We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. We keep our own templates, methods and know-how.

5. AI-generated content

We use AI tools to produce parts of the ads. We start from your real product and check every ad by hand, and we never use AI to invent reviews, customers or results. Where platform rules or law require AI content to be labelled, we label it.

6. No guaranteed results

Ad performance depends on many things outside our control, including your product, pricing, website, budget and Meta's systems. We do not guarantee any level of sales, leads or return on ad spend, or that Meta will approve every ad.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, account data and results confidential, and use them only to provide our services.

8. Ending the work

Either side can end the work with the notice period in your agreement, or 30 days' written notice if none is set. Fees for work already done remain payable. When the work ends, we remove our access to your accounts.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over our registered place of business.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
