Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Details you send us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, website and message when you use our contact form, and your answers about your brand, ad spend and plans when you use our "see if we're a fit" form.
• Where you came from: if you arrive from one of our ads, the ad's tracking tags (such as the campaign name and Meta's click ID), the page you landed on and the site that sent you. Your browser keeps these for up to 30 days, and they reach us only if you fill in one of our forms.
• Booking details: your name, email and answers when you book a call through Calendly.
• Client materials: product photos, brand assets and, if we run your ads, access to your Meta ad account and its reports.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, which our hosting provider uses to serve and protect the site.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, suggest the right next step and schedule calls.
• To learn which of our ads bring enquiries, so we spend our ad budget well.
• To make ads and run campaigns you have asked us for.
• To send invoices and keep records the law requires.
• To keep the site secure and working.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with services that help us run the business:

• Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Calendly, which handles call bookings.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you message us there.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
• Meta, when we run ads on your behalf inside your ad account.

We may also share data where the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are in conversation with you, and client data for as long as we work together plus any period the law requires for tax and accounting records. After that we delete it.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct, update or erase it.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Nominate someone to act for you.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it isn't resolved.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you without delay if a breach affects your data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
